Request access to Europol documents

Please note that this form is only provided by Europol to submit applications for access to documents. Therefore, any other request will not be further processed. If you think you have been the victim of a crime or you are in possession of information relevant to a crime, we kindly advise you to bring the matter to the attention of the competent national police authority.


Personal data submitted in relation to your request for access to Europol’s documents will be handled by Europol in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data by the Union institutions, bodies, offices and agencies and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Regulation (EC) No 45/2001 and Decision No 1247/2002/EC applicable to all administrative personal data held by Europol in accordance with Article 46 of the Europol Regulation. Your data will be stored in Europol’s database for the purpose of providing information related to your request.
