In 1994, the people of Iceland and Norway joined their European neighbours to establish a European Economic Area (EEA). Liechtenstein joined the following year.
The EEA has been the foundation for social and economic progress. Working together, the EEA States have been able to improve people’s lives by raising standards for social protection, the environment and health, and opening up new opportunities to travel, work, study, and live throughout the EEA.
Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway, together with the EFTA Surveillance Authority (ESA) and the EFTA Court, have developed the EFTA pillar of the EEA. Through their ideas and values, they have shaped this pillar over the past 25 years. In that time, the EEA generation has grown up with a wealth of opportunity, and in an environment in which the benefits of the EEA can be seen and felt in everyday life.
The project will elaborate on an advanced and adaptable methodology to estimate the impact of CT on EU regional economic growth. It will combine data analytics algorithms with machine learning and AI approaches to improve policies and actions on CT.
The project has received € 2.971.250 funding from the European Commission EU Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation Programme.
Twelve project partners from nine EU Member States are working on the project.
The project runs from January 2020 to December 2022.

These holidays are mostly about and for the children. And yet, in our turbulent times, it's the children who suffer the most, being the victims of misconduct of the grown-ups. Not far from Europe, in Syria and elsewhere, several on-going conflict zones deprive children from their basic rights.
Every child deserves the warmth of a peaceful home and a loving family. It is basic human rights to enjoy love, safety, education, future, hope, laughter.
Spread this message, help -however you can- and demand from decision makers to put children's rights first.
From all of us at Eworx, a big thank-you for a creative and productive 2016. We wish you a healthy and peaceful New Year 2017!

Was 2016 named the "European Year to End Violence Against Women"?
It has become an Eworx tradition to combine our Christmas and New Year's wishes to you with the "European Year" institution. The European Union selects an important cause each year and puts forward policies and launches initiatives to raise awareness and promote it across the Member States and the world. But was 2016 different? We've seen initiatives from political parties and civil society to promote and name 2016 as the European Year to End Violence Against Women but we're not sure what happened at the end.
Nevertheless, it's a good cause and, during 2015, we've been fortunate to work on two major initiatives that promoted it, namely the EIGE's White Ribbon Campaign and the FRA's Violence Against Women Survey.
As you may see from these two projects, however progressive European societies may think they are, the problem persists and we need to work harder to eliminate it. We need to look after the safety and well-being of the women of our societies and, if possible, influence non-European societies where women are still not treated equally.
From all of us at Eworx, a big thank-you for a creative and productive 2015. Help us spread the message and have a great New Year 2016!

2015 is named the "European Year for Development".
Christmas is the season we wish to spend with our loved ones but also the time to pause for a moment, look back at what we've accomplished and review our priorities. Development Aid has been a priority of the European Union for years now, and it has named 2015 as the European Year for Development. Development means growth but it also means helping and supporting the weaker and poorer. The main goal of the European Year for Development is to show how Development Aid is helping people living in both some of the world's poorest countries and EU citizens themselves. Click on our infographic to find out more about the help and support that WE – the citizens of the EU – are offering internationally. It may not be enough but it's a good start!
Our warmest wishes to you and your families for a Merry Christmas and a creative, healthy and happy 2015!

2012 is named the "European Year for Active Ageing and Solidarity between Generations".
Solidarity means all the more today than ever before and applies to our relationships as much as to our countries. Europe must embrace solidarity, and its citizens, all of us, must make sure that we stand by the ones in need and work harder to secure the future of all generations, be it the aged or the newly born.
A happy and healthy 2012 from all of us at Eworx!
2010 is named the "European Year for Combating Poverty and Social Exclusion".
Let's all contribute towards less poverty and social exclusion in our working and living environments and wherever we go.
If we all make a little try we can make a great difference!
Happy 2010 from all of us at Eworx.

UX Design is also about building the systems that will offer awesome user experiences. Our UX consultants will study the problem at hand and propose which combination of UX Research and Design methods is best-suited to find design flaws in a system and/or to conceptualise and build a new one.

By adding interactivity, complex data exploration can become a fun and rich experience, addressed to all types of audiences. At Eworx we're leading the pack with some really innovative, feature-rich visualisation applications. But we're not stopping at revealing and presenting what your data may be hidding. We apply Machine Learning algorithms to offer better and more personalized experiences to your audiences.
Go Mobile
Mobile use is booming and users are gradually transferring most of their online interaction to devices they carry with them all the time. This paradigm shift requires the introduction of new business models that obliges corporations and institutions to adapt their offerings to suit brief and focused mobile usage patterns. We are always honest and transparent, deliver on our commitments and keep our clients' best interests in mind.
Delivering outstanding results is the best recognition we can hope for from our partners and clients.

We strive to be environmentally conscious, to design and deliver products and services with a low environmental impact.
From the quality of our products to the delivery of customer service, we constantly strive to exceed expectations.
You need knowledge before you decide on your digital transition.
Knowledge is about understanding your competition, your customers' and users' behaviour, evolving technology trends, your own capabilities and capacity as well as the right methods and tools.
Decisions are about strategy, change management and planning.
In a fast-moving digital realm you need to act quickly on insights and adapt to the challenges facing your business. Gaining a deep understanding of where you want to go and how to get there is essential, as is focusing on future value, defining measurable user-driven goals, exploiting multiple channels and employing the right tools.
At Eworx our mission is to disrupt your complacent self before your competitors disrupt your business!
Evolution was acceptable when things were analogue and disconnected. But the move to all things digital and the internet have changed the rules. If organisations and individuals - all of us - fail to redefine ourselves (using structures that are agile, flexible, and collaborative), we're facing extinction like modern dinosaurs in a digital ice age.
Go Social
Social Media
Harnessing the power of social media is becoming increasingly challenging. You need to determine where your audience is and how they behave online. Then you need to decide what messages you want to put across. Many wish to sell products and services but how about just gaining trust or listening to their needs? Setting up a strategy is the cornerstone of a successful social media endeavour. At Eworx we have developed our own social media methodology called LUB, which stands for Listen-Understand-Build. We've done our homework and can propose concrete solutions for your organisation.
